The problem
Six stores under one leaking flat roof, and no store willing to close for a day.
We split the job into nine phases and started at 6 AM so the loudest tear-off was done before opening. Every night the section in progress was sealed watertight. The new white membrane also cut the summer cooling load for the tenants.
