— Our story
It started with one truck, one ladder and a hailstorm.
In the summer of 2008 a hailstorm hit half of Denver and roofers from three states showed up with door hangers. We were one truck and a ladder, and we did it differently: photos of every hit, a written price before any work, and the same person on the roof from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
Today we are four crews and an office team of six, and that rule has not changed. Most of our work comes from neighbors who watched us roof the house next door.

Inspect
We walk the roof, check the attic and photograph everything. Usually under an hour, always free.

Tear-off, deck repair and the new roof by one crew, usually in one to two days.

Walkthrough
A final walkthrough with you, magnet sweep, photo report and warranty registration.
Same day
Financing is available through a third-party lender for replacements over $5,000. Ask about it at the inspection.
