These terms apply to your use of this website operated by [Pitchline Roofing Co.] (we, us). Work on your roof is covered by the written contract you sign with us, not by this page.
1. Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services, estimate your roof and contact us. Do not misuse the site, try to break it, scrape it or use it for anything unlawful.
2. Online estimates are not quotes
Prices from the Roof Estimator, the from prices on our service pages and any other figures on this site are rough estimates for planning only. They are not an offer, a bid or a quote. Your price is set in a written estimate after a free on-site inspection.
3. Satellite measurements
Roof areas from the Roof Estimator are based on satellite imagery and the outline you draw. Imagery can be outdated or unclear, and steep slopes, skylights, layers and hidden damage are not visible from above. Measurements are not a survey and we measure every roof on site.
4. Inspections and reports
Free inspections and photo reports describe what we could see on the day of the inspection. They are not an engineering assessment or a guarantee that no other damage exists.
5. Insurance claims
We can document damage and meet your adjuster, but we are not a public adjuster or an attorney and do not negotiate your claim on your behalf. Your insurer decides what is covered. You are responsible for your deductible, and we never waive or rebate it.
6. Permits, HOAs and codes
We pull the permits required for the work we contract. Approval from your homeowners association, if one applies, is your responsibility unless your contract says otherwise.
7. Warranties
Material warranties come from the manufacturer and our workmanship warranty is [10] years, as described in your contract. Warranty terms on this site are a summary; the written warranty you receive is the one that applies.
8. Content and links
Text, photos and designs on this site belong to us or our licensors. Links to other sites, including Google Maps, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or from relying on online estimates or measurements.
