The problem
Four occupied units, and tenants who needed to stay home while the roof came off.
We re-roofed one side of the building at a time and kept every open section covered overnight. Tenants got the schedule a week ahead, and the owner got one invoice and one photo report for all four units.
What we did
- One side re-roofed at a time
- Daily cleanup and magnet sweep
- Class 4 shingles on all four units
- New gutters on the street side
